ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Executive Assistant role  is a critical support role which is fully dedicated to both our US and Global CEO’s. In addition, this role will work closely with our senior leadership as well as our internal stakeholders (US and global)on a wide range of projects. This is a wide-ranging role which requires someone with impeccable organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to act as the right hand to leadership on many day to day matters. 

 YOUR IMPACT:

  • Proven experience in arranging domestic and international travel, scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing (Outlook) calendars, completing and processing expense reports and generally working within various online systems.
  • Conserve executive’s time and maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills, including the ability to work independently and prioritize workload appropriately
  • Organize onsite and offsite programs, events or conferences by arranging for facilities, travel, caterer, issuing information/invitations, coordinating speakers and controlling event budget
  • Must be able to handle themselves professionally as they will have direct interaction with many other executives within the company as well as external agencies and companies.
  • The person in this position will also need to handle many sensitive documents and must be trusted with confidentiality.

 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prefer you to bring 3+ years’ direct experience working with C-Level executives for a global company.
  • Prior experience within the digital space preferred but not required
  • Proven discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Comfort with the following technologies:
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Zoom
  • Google Drive (slides, docs, sheets)
  • Microsoft Office (excel, word, PowerPoint)
  • LinkedIn
  • Concur (travel, expenses)
